I just wanted to put something in writing to you and your team regarding the recent extension that you did for us. When we first decided to do the extension we were very worried about what we were getting into. After seeing several building programmes, they all seemed to have an argument with their builder and over spent on their budget!
After going through the process we really had nothing to worry about. You were very clear on what was going to happen, your staff and contractors were very polite and you even cleaned up after yourselves on a daily basis. To our recollection there were no arguments and the budget pretty much stayed as you had quoted.
Several people have commented on what a fantastic job you have done from the outside and those that have seen the inside are also very impressed. You really cannot see where old meets new.
If we were going to have any building work done in the future, we would definitely want you to do the work and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.
